How to log into my account?
You can click on My Account link at top right corner. After clicking you will see login page where you can enter your credentials and proceed for login.
Can I cancel my order?
As we have wide range of digital products in our shop market, we provided instant delivery and files available to download. So there is no scope for cancel order.
How can I change my password?
After successfully login, You can click on My Account and go to “Account Details”. In account details you can find section for change password.


What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we are accepting PayPal payment gateway only.
Is my payment information secure?
We requires basic information for invoicing and also PayPal integration itself secure and you can read PayPal payment gateway privacy policy at PayPal site or while making payment.

Shipping & Returns

Is shipping available world wide?
We are selling most of our product digitally. So there are no any physically item are shipped but the source will be available to download via your account and provided link in your email we have sent.
How do I return my item?
Our product has demo or a screenshot which matches to our product as closer as we can represent it. So you buyer can review it and purchase. Also we have digital products which instantly available to download after purchase from My account page. So here currently we are not able to provide return facility yet but sure as our business grow we will provide return facility in certain cases.
