User Experience design includes user’s all criteria which interact with design interfaces like emotions, behavior and attitudes. User experience includes the practical, experiential, effective, meaningful and valuable aspects of HCI (Human Computer Interaction) and product. Design should be useful, efficient and productive. User experience is variable because of it constantly modified over time due to usage circumstances and changes in systems also it depends on context of domain area.
User experience design directly involve with the user and contains many aspects of overall system.
The international standard on ergonomics of human system interaction, ISO 9241-210, defines user experience as “a person’s perceptions and responses that result from these or anticipated use of a product, system or service”. According to the ISO definition, user experience includes all the users’ emotions, beliefs, preferences, perceptions, physical and psychological responses, behaviors and accomplishments that occur before, during and after use. The ISO also list three factors that influence user experience: system, user and the context of use.

Donald Norman brought the term UX in wider knowledge in mid 1990s it involves all the criteria and it’s not bounded with fixed design or rules, it’s also not bounded or limited to any single services its everywhere for every product and services.
